To support our Food Technology & Hospitality Kitchen Work Book, we have included on our website several assessment templates which are available as free downloads for secondary school teachers, and VET / TAFE Hospitality kitchen assessors and trainers.

These assessment templates have been specifically designed to meet the unique and evolving needs of secondary school Food Technology and Hospitality teachers and their students, as well as VET and TAFE Hospitality Certificate I, II and III level assessors and trainers.

As such, these downloadable templates are made available in MS-Word format, so their contents can be downloaded and saved to computer, and then modifed to meet the user's specific needs and/or preferences. If required, they are also available as downloadable pdf files.
